Maritime History Tour Terms and Conditions All rates are based on per person double occupancy. Maximum passengers we can take is twelve. Crew of 6 to 7 are aboard. Destinations and rates are subject to change. Reservations A deposit of 50 percent is required to secure your reservation. Robert Gray Charters must receive the deposit within seven days of when you made the reservation or it will be released. Final payment of balance is due two weeks prior to departure date. You will be invoiced for the balance, which must be paid two weeks before the date the charter is scheduled to begin. Your only incidental expenses for the cruise will be for hard liquor (beer and wine are provided,) and for any purchases from the shipís shop and crew gratuities. Checks should be made out to Robert Gray Charters, LLC and mailed to: M/V Robert Gray Charters, LLC P.O. Box 194472 SF, CA 94119 VM 415-531-8546 Final Payment Due no later than 14 days prior to departure. Cancellation Policy Payments are refunded only if we successfully re-book your charter, less broker's commission and other costs.

For cancellations less than 60 days prior to departure, per person cancellation charges are as follows: 59-40 days prior to departure: 20% of the passage cost: 39-30 days prior to departure: 65% of passage cost: 29 or fewer days prior to departure: 100% of the passage cost.

Cabins The cabins are divided by decks.
Deck House One Master Stateroom, with double bed. full bath, desk, bunk drawer and five full size windows
Main Deck Two deck cabins, Port and Starboard with bunk beds, double bottom bunk, with screen doors opening to deck, desks, sinks, ample closet space and three portholes.
Below Decks
Forward Hold: Two large staterooms, Starboard and Port with lower double bed with top bunk. Closets, desks, sinks and portholes.
Mid ship: Two staterooms, Engineer's Cabin, Mid ship Cabin both with double beds, closets, sinks, one with shower, large desks and storage space.
